The Fiddlers' Frolics BBQ Hall of Fame recognizes the cook-off teams who have demonstrated exceptional skill, dedication, and sportsmanship over the years. Since the BBQ cook-off began in April 1980, teams from across Texas have gathered in Hallettsville to compete for bragging rights and trophies.
