Welcome to the Texas State Championship Fiddlers' Frolics. By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, registering for a competition, or attending our event, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using fiddlersfrolics.com ("Website") or participating in any Fiddlers' Frolics events, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or attend the event. Fiddlers' Frolics is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

2. Ticketing & Refund Policy

The festival is a rain or shine event. In the unlikely event of a full festival cancellation by the organizers due to extreme, unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure), refund policies will be communicated directly to ticket holders at that time.

3. Event Attendance & Conduct

We are dedicated to providing a safe, family-friendly environment for all attendees, musicians, and volunteers. By attending the Fiddlers' Frolics at the Hallettsville Knights of Columbus Hall, you agree to the following site rules:

• No Glass: Glass bottles and containers are strictly prohibited on the festival grounds.
• No Pets: For the safety of attendees, pets are not allowed in the main event areas or pavilions (service animals working in an official capacity are permitted).
• Vehicles: ATVs, personal golf carts, and unauthorized motorized vehicles are not allowed in the pedestrian festival areas.
• Right to Refuse Entry: Event organizers, KC Hall management, and security personnel reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any individual whose conduct is deemed disorderly, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms, without refund.

4. Photography & Media Release

The Fiddlers' Frolics is a public event. By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. You grant the Texas State Championship Fiddlers' Frolics, its partners, and media representatives the right to use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any marketing, promotional, or educational materials (including our website, social media, and broadcast) in perpetuity, without compensation.

5. Competitor & Vendor Agreements

If you are registering as a competitor (fiddle or BBQ) or signing up as a Market Day vendor, additional rules and regulations apply. You are responsible for reading and adhering to the specific guidelines provided during your respective registration process. Vendor and BBQ Cook-Off management is handled in partnership with the Hallettsville Knights of Columbus Council 2433.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and audio clips, is the property of Fiddlers' Frolics or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission from the organization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fiddlers' Frolics, its board members, volunteers, and the Hallettsville Knights of Columbus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your attendance at the event or participation in any competition.
• Any personal injury, property damage, or theft occurring on the event premises.
• The use or inability to use this Website or third-party ticketing platforms.

Attendees assume all risks incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the festival.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Eventbrite, Google Maps, local hotels, or Knights of Columbus). These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
