KC team reviews applications to ensure a quality mix.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Booths fill on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend applying at least 60 days before the festival to guarantee your spot.
Food vendors require separate permits and approval. Contact the Knights of Columbus directly to discuss food vending options.
RV sites are available on the grounds. These are also managed by the Knights of Columbus and can be reserved alongside your booth application.
Most attendees carry cash, though credit cards are increasingly common. An ATM is available on-site. We recommend having a mobile card reader.
Booth sharing may be possible depending on space and product compatibility. Indicate this preference on your application.
